New Orleans Krewe (expansion major league baseball team)
The New Orleans Krewe are a vibrant expansion team in Major League Baseball. Our design was inspired by the colorful and festive spirit of Mardi Gras. Representing the unique culture and traditions of New Orleans, the Krewe captures the essence of this lively celebration in their team identity. Our team name, the “Krewe”, originates from the unique Mardi Gras traditions in our town of New Orleans. A krewe is a social organization or group that puts together a float, hosts events, and participates in Mardi Gras festivities
Off the field, the New Orleans Krewe actively engages with the local community, participates in various Mardi Gras events, charitable initiatives, and youth development programs. We strive to embrace and showcase the diverse culture of New Orleans, becoming an integral part of the city’s fabric.
